Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF214 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,405 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF214-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ether catabolic process, Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling, and Glycerol ether catabolic process. Each is linked with RNF214 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF214-to-partner and partner-to-RNF214 results are reported.
