RNF207

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF207 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,209 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF207-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRI, BZW1, and COL17A1. Each is linked with RNF207 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF207-to-partner and partner-to-RNF207 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF207 versus SRI in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF207→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF207) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
