Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF19B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF19B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF19B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF19B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where RNF19B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
