RNF19A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF19A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF19A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG1, ICAM1, and STK3. Each is linked with RNF19A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF19A-to-partner and partner-to-RNF19A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF19A versus SPAG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF19A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF19A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
