The most reproducible RNF19A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL2, AFF2, and AZIN1. Each is linked with RNF19A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF19A-to-partner and partner-to-RNF19A results are reported.
