Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF19A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,582 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF19A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Vacuolar transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RNF19A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF19A-to-partner and partner-to-RNF19A results are reported.
