Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF180 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF180-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO1, TXNL4A, and RPS27L. Each is linked with RNF180 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF180-to-partner and partner-to-RNF180 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO1 grouped by RNF180-low versus RNF180-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
