RNF170

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF170 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF170-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD4-17, RNU7-176P, and MIR6722. Each is linked with RNF170 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF170-to-partner and partner-to-RNF170 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD4-17 grouped by RNF170-low versus RNF170-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF170→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF170) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
