RNF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with RNF17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF17-to-partner and partner-to-RNF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by RNF17-low versus RNF17-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
