RNF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 615 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUEDC2, TST, and ACE. Each is linked with RNF17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF17-to-partner and partner-to-RNF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC2 grouped by RNF17-low versus RNF17-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
