Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF169 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF169-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP12, POLD3, and EMSY. Each is linked with RNF169 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF169-to-partner and partner-to-RNF169 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF169 versus THAP12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF169→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
