RNF169

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF169 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF169-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, PAXIP1, and SYVN1. Each is linked with RNF169 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF169-to-partner and partner-to-RNF169 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by RNF169-low versus RNF169-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF169→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
