Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF169 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,355 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF169-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein deubiquitination, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with RNF169 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF169-to-partner and partner-to-RNF169 results are reported.
