RNF166

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF166 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF166-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAF1, MX2, and TAF5LP1. Each is linked with RNF166 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF166-to-partner and partner-to-RNF166 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF166 versus XAF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF166→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF166) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
