RNF152

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,830 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF152-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL1A1, ECM1, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with RNF152 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF152-to-partner and partner-to-RNF152 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF152 versus COL1A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF152→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
