Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF152 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF152-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, mTOR_pS2448, and MIG-6. Each is linked with RNF152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF152-to-partner and partner-to-RNF152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p53 grouped by RNF152-low versus RNF152-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF152→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
