Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,561 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF152-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of synapse structural plasticity, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of hydrolase activity. Each is linked with RNF152 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF152-to-partner and partner-to-RNF152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of synapse structural plasticity grouped by RNF152-low versus RNF152-high in BREAST.
