The most reproducible RNF152-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L5 and OR2L8. Each is linked with RNF152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF152-to-partner and partner-to-RNF152 results are reported.
