RNF146

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF146 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,579 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF146-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, NOP2, and QKI. Each is linked with RNF146 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF146-to-partner and partner-to-RNF146 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF146 versus ARHGEF17 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF146→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF146) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
