Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF146 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,143 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF146-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPON1, RPS19, and RSPO3. Each is linked with RNF146 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF146-to-partner and partner-to-RNF146 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF146 versus SPON1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF146→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF146) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
