The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNF145 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF145 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF145 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
