Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF145 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,030 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF145-associated genes across cancer lineages are G3BP1, MSN, and MTDH. Each is linked with RNF145 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF145-to-partner and partner-to-RNF145 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 versus G3BP1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF145→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF145) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
