RNF145

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF145 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,884 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF145-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUBPL, THNSL1, and TUFM. Each is linked with RNF145 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF145-to-partner and partner-to-RNF145 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 versus NUBPL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF145→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF145) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
