Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF145 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,343 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF145-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA alkylation repair, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with RNF145 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF145-to-partner and partner-to-RNF145 results are reported.
