The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNF144B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF144B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where RNF144B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
