The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNF144A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF144A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNF144A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
