Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF144A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF144A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR2, FCGR3B, and CXCR1. Each is linked with RNF144A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF144A-to-partner and partner-to-RNF144A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF144A versus FFAR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF144A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF144A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
