Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF139 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,118 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF139-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC2, MAL2, and NDUFB9. Each is linked with RNF139 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF139-to-partner and partner-to-RNF139 results are reported.
