Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF139 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF139-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RNF139 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF139-to-partner and partner-to-RNF139 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by RNF139-low versus RNF139-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF139→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF139) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
