RNF138

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF138 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF138-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, RFC1, and RPRD1A. Each is linked with RNF138 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF138-to-partner and partner-to-RNF138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF138 versus SMAD4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF138→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
