RNF138

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF138 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF138-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with RNF138 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF138-to-partner and partner-to-RNF138 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RNF138-low versus RNF138-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF138→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF138) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
