Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF138 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,683 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF138-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with RNF138 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF138-to-partner and partner-to-RNF138 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation grouped by RNF138-low versus RNF138-high in BONE.
