RNF128

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF128 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,242 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF128-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35A2, PGK1, and MAGT1. Each is linked with RNF128 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF128-to-partner and partner-to-RNF128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF128 versus SLC35A2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF128→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
