Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF128 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,937 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF128-associated genes across cancer lineages are RADX, TBC1D8B, and AGR2. Each is linked with RNF128 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF128-to-partner and partner-to-RNF128 results are reported.
