The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNF126 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF126 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SKCM are the cancer types where RNF126 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
