Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF126 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF126-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF3, BSG, and RASD1. Each is linked with RNF126 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF126-to-partner and partner-to-RNF126 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF126 versus TCF3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF126→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
