Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF126 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,999 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF126-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control, Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with RNF126 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF126-to-partner and partner-to-RNF126 results are reported.
