Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF126 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF126-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB4Y, ETNPPL, and FAM205A. Each is linked with RNF126 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF126-to-partner and partner-to-RNF126 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMSB4Y grouped by RNF126-low versus RNF126-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF126→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF126) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
