RNF123

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF123 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF123-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCAF1, PDIA4, and LMAN1. Each is linked with RNF123 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF123-to-partner and partner-to-RNF123 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF123 versus DCAF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF123→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF123) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
