The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RNF122 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF122 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and LUAD are the cancer types where RNF122 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
