Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF122 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,352 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF122-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGK1, TTC3P1, and STRADA. Each is linked with RNF122 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF122-to-partner and partner-to-RNF122 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF122 versus SGK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF122→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF122) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
