The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNF115 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF115 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LIHC are the cancer types where RNF115 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
