Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF115 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF115 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNF115 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF115 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RNF115 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
