RNF115

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF115 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,549 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF115-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, OTUD7B, and POGZ. Each is linked with RNF115 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF115-to-partner and partner-to-RNF115 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF115 versus NAXE in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF115→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF115) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
