RNF115

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF115 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF115-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, ADIG, and TEDC1. Each is linked with RNF115 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF115-to-partner and partner-to-RNF115 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by RNF115-low versus RNF115-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF115→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF115) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
