RNF112

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF112-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBMS3, AVL9, and COL18A1. Each is linked with RNF112 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF112-to-partner and partner-to-RNF112 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF112 versus RBMS3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF112→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
