RNF111

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF111 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF111-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF8, RNA5SP436, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RNF111 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF111-to-partner and partner-to-RNF111 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF8 grouped by RNF111-low versus RNF111-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF111→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF111) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
