RNF103

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF103 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,346 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF103-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHC3, ICAM1, and ICAM1_T530. Each is linked with RNF103 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF103-to-partner and partner-to-RNF103 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF103 versus PHC3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF103→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF103) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
