Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNF10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BRCA, and KICH are the cancer types where RNF10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
