Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RND1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RND1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RND1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RND1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
KICH, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RND1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
